He is survived by : his wife Lois; his daughters, Wendy Birch (Jim) of Versailles, Rickie Gay (Jamey) of Danville, KY and Karla Calvert (Robby) of Scottsville, KY; his grandchildren, Jameson Gay (Katie), Jordan Gay (Meredith), Jodi Borg (Adam), Allison, James, Bryan Birch, Maggie, Sam and Charlie Calvert; his friend Kendall Cosby; his niece Traci Rickert (Richard); his goddaughter Jennifer Watts Bell of Marietta, GA; and his granddaughters, Jutta Nagel of Germany and Nea Makela of Finland. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
