She was predeceased by: her father Carl Raymond Stewart. She is survived by: her husband Jim May of Versailles; her mother Doris McDavid Stewart of Paris, KY; her children, Cameron Moore (Jonathon Elliott) of Lexington, KY and Kristen Hogg (Andrew) of Lexington, KY; her sister Cheryl Schouten (Jim) of Paris, KY; her mother-in-law Phyllis May of South Point, OH; her grandsons, Silas and Luke Hogg; her stepdaughter Jennifer Hartman; and her father-in-law Jimmy May.

In honor of Gina's generous heart, in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice 1480 Carter Avenue, Ashland, KY 41101.
