He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eugene, Sr. and Dorothy Mae Million Haynes; his brother William Eugene "PeeWee" Haynes, Jr.; his father-in-law Charles Sapp, Sr. (Mildred); and his siblings-in-law, Eve Haynes, Clair Bearer, Brian McIntyre and Ricky Sapp.
He is survived by: his wife Charolyn Sapp Haynes; his daughters, Yvette Hacker (Kenny) and Missy Smither (Jason); his siblings, Maude Bearer, Linda Taulbee (Lones), Dorothy McIntyre and Stanley Haynes (Deronda) of Estero, FL; his grandchildren, Zackary Hacker of Versailles, Blake Hacker of Versailles, Chloe Hacker of Versailles, Jacob Smither (Kristen) of Versailles, Dalton Smither of Lancaster, Wyatt Smither of Lancaster and Hope Elliott; and his great-nieces, Olivia and Emily. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
