It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Darlene Wallenbrock of Versailles, Kentucky, who passed away on October 13, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Stine and Ella Bell Nichols; and her sister Linda Sympson. She is survived by: her daughters, Sherri Ellen Tompkins and Terri Jean Waller (Mobius "Moby" Waller); her granddaughter Julia Tompkins; and her sisters, Joann Hall, Jean Ballard and Dania Sullivan.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Versailles Church of Christ (108 Murray St, Versailles, KY 40383). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (3250 Versailles Rd, Frankfort, KY 40601).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the CYC Youth Program at the Versailles Church of Christ, a cause dear to Janice's heart.
