He is survived by : his children, Kathy Humphries (Travis), Tracy Evans (Tate), Christy McIntosh and Bill Chasteen; his sister Mary Katherine Woodrum; and his great grandchildren, Shayla Clemons, Wessann Clemons, Nikolas Shepherd, Rezner Goforth, Elijah Dotson, Sawyer Heath, Claire Heath, Aiden Neal, Meleaha Neal, Aria Saunders and Kayden Saunders. A celebration of life was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Dr, Louisville, KY 40243). A burial was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
