She is survived by : her mother Arlene Elliott; her husband Ralph Chalk; her sons, Kenneth Chalk (Michelle) and Michael Chalk (Adam); her mother-in-law Alma Chalk; her grandson Matthew Chalk (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Amelia and Luke Chalk.
