He was predeceased by: his parents, John Slugantz and Lora Hamm. He is survived by: his son Danny Slugantz of Versailles; his sisters, Gladys Southerland of Versailles and Clara Lewis of Versailles; and his grandchildren, Danielle Moore (Josh), Laura Slugantz and Clint Slugantz (Gabby). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
