He is survived by: his mother Clara Lewis of Versailles; his children, Elijah Lewis of Lexington, Abigail Lewis of Lexington and Brother Jai Lewis of Versailles; and his sister Alanna Hanna (Steve) of Jacksonville Florida. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
