It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Malcolm Elwyn Lambing Jr. of Versailles, Kentucky, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 28, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Lambing and Clara Tremain Lambing; his brother David Lambing; and his daughter-in-law Jayne McCann Lambing. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Charles Lambing, James Lambing (Kellie) and Elizabeth Frombach (Dana); his grandchildren, Dr. Tyler Lambing (Megan Gooch), Seth Lambing, Preston Frombach, Tiffany Christie (Patrick) and Jessica Frombach; and his children, Alex Perkin (Cordelia), Mary Catherine Gaberon (Tanner), Danielle Mullins (Zach), Susan Perkins (Todd), Jennifer Lambing and Fredrick Lambing (Valerie).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Second Presbyterian Church (460 E Main St, Lexington, KY 40507).
