She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Holland and Margaret Holland; and her siblings, James Holland, Molly Hay, Peggy Flora and Helen McIntosh.
She is survived by: her children, James Smith of Versailles, Jennifer Mosley (Rondall) of Corinth and Kim Walls of Versailles; her grandchildren, Ashley Walls, Tiffany Humphrey (Luke), Tyler Smith (Katherine), Amber Brooks (JB), Trey Binder (Kaitlynn) and Jared Griffith; and her great grandchildren, Kylia Walls, Maddix Angulo, Justin Brooks, Oliver Griffith, Iris Griffith and Nora Griffith.
A burial was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (3250 Versailles Rd, Frankfort, KY 40601).
