It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Edward Sams (Versailles, Kentucky), who passed away on January 22, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his father Carlos J. Sams; and his brothers, Ronald Gene Sams and Carlos Timothy Sams. He is survived by : his wife Connie Sue Blevins Sams; his children, Emilie Catherine Mattingly (William) and Michael Tyler Sams; his brother John Sams (Linda); and his granddaughter Cecelia Mattingly of Millville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
