He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sister Sherry Young (Jackie); his children, Rhonda Wade (Scott) and Rob Koontz (Julie); and his grandchildren, Max Wade, Macey Wade, Ellie Wade, Grayson Koontz and Addison Koontz.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
