He is survived by: his children, Michael Shouse (Vickie) of Lexington, Deborah Shouse of Lexington and John Shouse (Pamela) of Versailles; his sisters, Lavona Wood and Carole Carlton (Curt); his granddaughters, Kayla McGlone (Aaron) and Krista Shouse (Anthony); and his great grandchildren, Jaiden, Addison, Hadley, Nora, Henry and Sadie. He is also survived by extended family members and special friends.
