He is survived by: his parents, Sandra Southworth Dugan (Charles) of Woodford County, KY and Robert Gordon Wiley (Lori); his siblings, Kerry Cress (Josh Hannabach) of Woodford County, KY, Ashley Wiley, Kaylee Dugan, Charles Dugan III, Chase Stoner (LuJain), Riley Stoner and Nate Stoner; his grandparents, Barbara, Ed Southworth of Woodford County, KY, Charles Dugan, Sr., Carolann Wiley, Sr., Robert and Jow Hunt; and his nieces and nephews, Reese Hannabach, Ryland Hannabach, Tyler Shortridge and Kinley Rushmeyer. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
