He is survived by: his father Don Withers; his siblings, Michael Withers, David Withers, Charles Withers (Becky) and Mary Don Coyle; his nieces and nephews, Kelly (Matt), Andrew (Kristin), Roy (Katherine), Celeste (Daniel), Matthew (Jordan) and John Paul; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mattison, Kaden, Charlotte, Ella, Sloane, Mallory, Taylor Don, Emory, Violet, Ike, John Elliott and Jack.
