He is survived by : his wife Betty Poff Farris; his sons, Bill Farris (Jalene) and David Farris (Chandra); his sister Frances Farris; his grandchildren, Aarika McCann, Alex Farris and Maya Farris-Nair; and his great grandchild Jacquelin Pillai Farris (Isaac Farris Boore).
