She was predeceased by: her parents, Columbus Haddix and Margie Reynolds Haddix; her son Anthony Eddington; and her siblings, Barbara Klien and Curt Haddix.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Rush (Tim); and her siblings, Arlene Gibson of Hindman, KY, Jeanette Compkis (John) of Hazard, KY and Steven Haddix (Eileen) of Vicco, KY.
