He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Hylton Mullins and Spencer Mullins; his wife Loretta Roark Mullins; and his niece Yolanda "Sissie" Roark. He is survived by: his brother Darrell Mullins (Betty); his brother-in-law John Wayne Roark (Lucille); his nieces and nephews, Pam Carey, Sonya Roark, Stacy Mullins, Keith Merritt and Steven Mullins; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Samantha Mullins, Kelli Carey, Samantha Carey, Cameron Carey, Spencer Mullins, Benjamin Mullins and Robert Mullins. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
