He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Hylton Mullins and Spencer Mullins; his wife Loretta Roark Mullins; and his niece Yolanda "Sissie" Roark. He is survived by: his brother Darrell Mullins (Betty); his brother-in-law John Wayne Roark (Lucille); his sibling's children, Pam Carey, Sonya Roark, Stacy Mullins, Keith Merritt and Steven Mullins; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Samantha Mullins, Kelli Carey, Samantha Carey, Cameron Carey, Spencer Mullins, Benjamin Mullins and Robert Mullins. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
