He was predeceased by: his parents, Farmer Lewis and Zona Hall Lewis; and his wife Gaynell Banks Lewis. He is survived by: his sons, Charles Lewis (Amanda), Delbert Lewis (Crystal) and John Lewis (Melissa); his sister Connie Sue Smith (Alfred); and his grandchildren, Shaylin Lewis and Elizabeth Ann Browning. He is also survived by A Host of Nieces, Nephews, Family & Friends.
