It is with sadness that the passing of Gary Joseph Crone of Villa Hills, Kentucky is shared. Gary, born on November 26, 1956 in Covington, Kentucky, passed away on October 4, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Gary will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Gary by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Gary is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Gary’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He is survived by: his wife Robin Crone; his children, Jordan Crone (Brittany Hale) and Shannon Johnson (Stu); and his grandchildren, Hazel, Lennon and Iris. He is also survived by his two sisters and several brothers- and sisters-in-law.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Linnemann Funeral Homes (1940 Burlington Pike, Burlington, KY 41005). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
