He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry "Bernie" Roth and Harriet Roth; his former wife Mary Ann "Nancy"; his sister Janice Wainscott; and his brother-in-law Mark Caudill.
He is survived by: his fiancé Jan Lawson; his children, Julie Roth Barkin (James) and John B. Roth; and his siblings, Jeff Roth (Martha), Jean Caudill, Jim Roth (Carolyn) and Tim Wainscott. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Madonna Manor Chapel (2344 Amsterdam Rd, Villa Hills, KY 41017). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
