She was predeceased by: her husband Frank V. Burdick Jr.; and her parents, Bob Stephenson and Alice Stephenson. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Maddie Burdick, Lily Burdick of Cincinnati, OH and Joe Burdick of Indianapolis, IN; her brother Robert Stephenson (Toni) of Oak Ridge, TN; her siblings-in-law, Jim (Duke) and Becky Burdick of Burlington, KY.; and also Ellie Hammerath of Cincinnati, OH.
