We are sad to announce that, on October 15, 2022, Chuck Adkins of Vine Grove, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ervin Adkins and Charlene Adkins of Muncie, IN; his wife Shelley K. Adkins; and his children, Charles Brent Adkins (Susie), Amber Ford and Erica Adkins. He was also cherished by extended family & friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hosparus or the Brown Cancer Center.
