He is survived by: his siblings, Darrell Lewis (Candi) of Indiana, Lorna Maxson (Tom) and Wanda Tyler (Floyd) of Phoenix Arizona. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, and 2 great nieces and extended family & friends.
