It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dave Batson of Vine Grove, Kentucky, who passed away on July 15, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Batson and Patricia Batson (Ricketts); his son Gary Thomas; and his siblings, Brenda Johnson, Sandra Ellis, Donald Batson and Albert Jake Batson.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Batson; his sons, Mark Batson of Louisville, KY, Mike Batson (Debbie) of Princeton, MO and Greg Thomas of Springerton, IL; and his siblings, Tom Batson (Jan) of Eldridge, IA, Carl Batson of Trenton, Lois Buttenob of Seymore, MO and Linda Banzer (Bill) of Rolla, MO.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Resthaven Mortuary (813 Custer St, Trenton, MO 64683). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations are suggested to the South Evans Cemetery and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
