He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Batson and Patricia Batson (Ricketts); his son Gary Thomas; and his siblings, Brenda Johnson, Sandra Ellis, Donald Batson and Albert Jake Batson.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his sons, Mark Batson, Mike Batson (Debbie) of Princeton, MO and Greg Thomas of Springerton, IL; and his siblings, Tom Batson (Jan) of Eldridge, IA, Carl Batson of Trenton, Lois Buttenob of Seymore, MO and Linda Banzer (Bill) of Rolla, MO.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Resthaven Mortuary (310 N Hwy 65, Trenton, MO 64683). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Resthaven Mortuary of Trenton (310 N Hwy 65, Trenton, MO 64683).
Memorial donations are suggested to the South Evans Cemetery and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
