She was predeceased by: her son Michael Moore. She is survived by: her husband Richard Moore of Vine Grove, KY; her daughters, Jennifer Schulze (Scott) of Louisville, KY and Amy Moore of Tampa, FL; her granddaughters, Cassandra Harville, Sara Holbrook and Elena Ortiz; her great grandchildren, Sophia Holbrook and Mason Holbrook; and her brother David Rose (Audrey) of Indiana.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
