He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Welch and Irene F. Welch; and his siblings, Chuck, Bill and Francis.
He is survived by: his children, Donnie Welch (Cindy), Jacki Scott (Kelly) and Jerri Woods (Steve); his former wife Liz Welch; and his sister Thelma Sorrells. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
