Donovan Smith Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on November 3, 2025, Donovan Smith of Vine Grove, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Smith and Juanita Smith; and his brother Roger Smith. He is survived by: his wife Penny Smith; his children, Craig Smith (Stacey) and Cindy Rinck (Lance); and his grandchildren, Jessie Grace Smith, Eliza Rinck, Jonah Rinck, Gabriel Rinck and Gideon Rinck.

Beyond his contributions to public service, Donovan was an avid antique collector and outdoorsman.
