He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline Blair and Robert Bartels; his siblings, Charlie Johnson (Pam), Kay Osika (Jim), Denise Widener and Mary Andre; and his close friends, Melinda Hoter (Tony), Melodie Skaggs (Wally) and Melissa Murrell (Jeremy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
