She was predeceased by: her son Jason Johnson; her parents, Dale Rafferty and Joan Rafferty; and her siblings, Regina Gilliland and John Rafferty.

She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Riddle of North Carolina and Allison Brangers (Gabriel) of Elizabethtown, KY; her siblings, Larry Rafferty of Jackson, OH, Roger, Thomas, Naomi, Patrick and Imogene; her grandchildren, Katherine Shell, Brayden Shell, Lenay Golden, Jaden Johnson, Ava Ponder, Reese Ponder, Jada Johnson, Jordan Johnson, Justin Johnson and Julian Johnson; and her former husband Dale Johnson. She is also survived by extended family & friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
