He is survived by: his daughter Julia Sisoumankhara (Takyan) of Radcliff, Kentucky; his grandsons, Joel McAllister and Kyuss Sisoumankhara; and his siblings, Cindy Cowley (Tim) of Rineyville, Kentucky and Terry Ray of Vine Grove, Kentucky.. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
