He was predeceased by: his former wife Lois Morrissey; his daughter Mary Packard; his parents, James Morrissey and Shirley Morrissey; and his brothers, James and Donald Morrissey.
He is survived by: his wife Consuelo Morrissey; and his children, John T. McCormick, James J. McCormick, Michael W. Morrissey, Jr. and Ann M. Lundy. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Fellowship Baptist Church (1298 Rogersville Rd, Radcliff, KY 40160). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at the Rineyville Memorial Cemetery.
