Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 29th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Chism Family Funeral Home (769 Highland Ave, Vine Grove, KY 40175). The military honors was held on Wednesday, July 29th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery (2501 N Dixie Blvd, Radcliff, KY 40160).
