He was predeceased by: his wife Lydia Gonzalez; and his son Erik Gonzalez. He is survived by: his son Orlando Gonzalez (Francelia Lopez); his grandchildren, Erik Gonzalez, Alexis Gonzalez (Elizabeth Grant) and Kristina Petty (Nolan); his great grandchild Colter Petty; and his sister Gloria Gonzalez. He is also survived by extended family & friends.
