He is survived by: his spouse Hanna; and his children, Michal, Shane and Agata. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Chism Family Funeral Home (769 Highland Ave, Vine Grove, KY 40175). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery (2501 N Dixie Blvd, Radcliff, KY 40160).
