Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Chism Family Funeral Home (769 Highland Ave, Vine Grove, KY 40175). A prayer was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Christopher Parish (1225 S Wilson Rd, Radcliff, KY 40160). A committal service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery (2501 N Dixie Blvd, Radcliff, KY 40160).
