She was predeceased by: her husband Henry "Bill" Duncan; her parents, Albert Hornaday and Marjorie Hornaday; her sister Emily Fleetwood; and her grandson Shane Douglas Thacker.
She is survived by: her children, Harold Thacker, Jr. (Donna) of Vine Grove, KY, Sheila "Nisie Thacker" Piantanida (Gary) of Vine Grove, KY, Lilly Kosikas and Debbie Goodin; her grandchildren, Kayla Makaris (Jake Dailey), Secret Thacker, Savanna Thacker, Jenna Goodin and Tyler Rodgers; her great grandchild Kaelob Dailey; her siblings, Connie Ellis, Frank Hornaday (Penny), Margie Hicks (Gene), David Hornaday, Mark Hornaday (Mary) and Albert Hornaday (Holly); her former husband Harold Thacker (Lee); and her friend Violet Louise Murphy. She is also survived by extended family & friends.
