He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his children, Rowman Basham (Kimberly) of Charlotte, Rhett Basham (Joanna) of Chesapeake, Roark Basham of Charlotte and Risha Basham Cross (Watt) of Chesapeake, Virginia.; his grandchildren, Addison, Landon, Reid, Amelia, Paige, Dexter, Sydney and Nolan; and his great grandchild Sawyer.
