He is survived by: his son Ryan Givan; his mother Teresa Cotton; his sister Jamie Givan; his niece Nik Gary; his nephew William "Billy" Gary; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Anna, Minnie, Remy, Penelope, Piper, Carrie, Willow and Oakley. He is also survived by family, Richard will be deeply missed by his extended family of firefighter brothers and sisters, as well as a multitude of friends.
