He is survived by: his wife Rebekah Suzan Samples; his daughters, Elaine Jones (Jerry), Christy Bourgeois, Julie Ford (Chris) and Rebekah Thompson (Rick); his daughter-in-law Melissa Samples (Barlow); his grandchildren, Bobby Joe Sanders (Candace), Patty Sue Houchin (Craig), Scotty Sanders (Nikki), Tara Samples Ellis (Clay), Krista Ford, Ashley and Emily Thompson; his great grandchildren, Baylee Hess, Hannah, Eli Sanders, Naomi Sanders, Keaton, Ava, Kyle Ellis and Juliet Ford; and his nephew Eddie Craft.
