He was predeceased by: his parents, Fern Anthony and George Anthony; and his wife June Yates of Vine Grove, KY.. He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Roy (Jim) and Patti Hunter (Forrest); his granddaughter Lindsey Walker (Ben); his great grandchildren, Brent of Vine Grove, KY and Amy Walker of Vine Grove, KY; and his close friend Tom Miller.
