He is survived by: his wife Gail Burnett; his daughter Amanda Burnett Shaw (John) of Vine Grove, KY; his grandchildren, Miranda Jane Russell and Mason Bailey Burnett of Vine Grove, KY.; and his siblings, Rosemary Fackler of Louisville, KY, Diana Jewitt of Brandenburg, KY, Becky Eckert (Roy) of Tullahoma, TN, Ronnie Burnett (Linda) of Vine Grove, KY, David Burnett (Diane) of Brandenburg, KY and Mark Burnett (Lisa) of Louisville, KY.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and very good friends.
