She was predeceased by: her husbands, Barrett Murphy and Thomas Wayne Vowels; and her parents, James Osborne and Maxine Osborne. She is survived by: her children, Julie Baker (Bruce) of Texas and Eric Vowels (Tonya) of Vine Grove, KY; her grandchildren, Evan Smith, Jeffrey Sanford, Caroline Vowels and Charlie Vowels; and her brothers, Fred Osborne, Frank Osborne and John Osborne. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chism Family Funeral Home (769 Highland Ave, Vine Grove, KY 40175).
