She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lester and Virginia Pike Poole; her husband Ellis Nixon; her sister Joyce Ann Durbin; and her close friend Lilly.
She is survived by: her son Ronnie Clark of Louisville, KY; and her siblings, Nellie Hughes of Vine Grove, KY, Cindy Thomas (Tim) of Brandenburg, KY, Kenny Poole (Cindy) of Fordsville, KY, Charlie Poole (Kathie) of Irvington, KY, Billy Joe Poole (Vanatta) of Muldraugh, KY and Mike Poole of Brandenburg, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
