He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry "Richard" McKee and Eunice Patterson McKee; his wife Wilma Christine Slack McKee; and his siblings, Dale McKee and Wilma Joyce McKee.
He is survived by: his daughter Anita C. Newton (John) of Vine Grove; his stepsons, Steven Polston (Penny) of Florida and Randall Burgess (Tracy) of Richmond; his granddaughters, Samantha Kimbrough (Charlie) and Katie Mulcahy (Mitch); and his great grandchildren, Madison, John, Brooks and Elizabeth.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the William L. Danks Funeral Home (222 N Lafayette St, Beaver Dam, KY 42320). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at the Sunnyside Cemetery.
