J.; her nephews, David Michael Mullins (Wendi) of McKinney, TX, Joseph Patrick Mullins (Donna) of Pikeville, Josh Ratliff (Heather) of Winchester and Matthew Ratliff (Bre) of Pikeville; her niece Dawn Maynard (Chuck Clark); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Blayne Mullins, Jacob Mullins of Pikeville, Devan Allara of Louisville, Alexis Mullins of Oklahoma, Amanda Pinion (David) of Dorton and Addison Ratliff of Georgia; and her mother-in-law Avonelle Justice of Elkhorn City.
