He is survived by: his mother Sharon Lynn Damron; his wife Lena Damron; his children, Haley Bevins, Sean Bevins, Dakota Bevins and Brayden Bevins; his grandson Aspen Claude Honeycutt; his mother-in-law Wilma Newsome; and his pet Gizmo.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM and on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
