She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Smith and Minerva Coleman Smith; her husbands, Willis Ray Thacker, Warren Roberts and Jessie Adkins; her daughters, Darlene Fleming (Ben), Selma Roberts (Jackie) and Nancy Sanders (Jimmie); her siblings, Emory Smith, Walter Smith Jr., Avery Smith, Joe Smith, Ernie Hartsock and Edna "Judi" Gerhard; and her grandson Gabriel Fleming.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lekita Givens (Andre), Terri Keene, Dottie Fleming (late Tim), Missy Tackett (late Glenn), Tonya Gunter (late Jeremy) and Misty Sayers (Allen); and her sister Betty Kaye Estep (Jimmy). She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the Hall and Jones Funeral Home (1101 KY-610, Virgie, KY 41572). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
