He was predeceased by: his parent Royal Lee Johnson. He is survived by: his parent Delesa Bray Johnson; his wife Christy Fleming Johnson; his children, CJ Rutan of West Virginia, Jerimiah Shane Johnson of Raccoon, Nikkia Rutan of Raccoon and Serenity Johnson of Raccoon; and his brothers, Bradley Lee Johnson of Arizona, Joshua Allen Meade of Deane and MacKody Lee Johnson of Virgie.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hall and Jones Funeral Home (1101 KY-610, Virgie, KY 41572).
